How do I get started with Pilates?
Fill out our quick online evaluation form and get ready to go!
We will contact you to follow up on your goals and share our solutions.
In general, all new clients begin one of the following ways:
-Private (one-on-one) sessions
-Group classes
-A combo of Private & group instruction.
If you have pain, injuries or health issues -or- if you simply prefer a personalized approach, we'll get you set up with some Private sessions!
If you are pretty healthy, injury-free and ready for group sessions, the best way to start is with our "Beginner 1" or "Mixed Level" classes.
We have a variety of package and monthly memberships to choose from.
We are ALWAYS happy to help guide you toward the classes and schedules that fit your needs.

How do your Memberships work?
We have several flexible payment options!
We always suggest that new clients begin with our New Client Packages as these are designed to give you a good feel for our studio and offer a substantial discount.
Once you fall in love with us, you can choose to continue with monthly membership plans based on your needs, or with packages of sessions, which can be spread out over time and are helpful for those who travel or have other frequent interruptions to their routines.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes, with elastic waistbands.
*Please do not wear clothes with metal zippers or buttons as these can damage our upholstery.
What about my feet?
Most people in our studio are barefoot, however you are welcome to wear sticky (grip) socks if you are more comfortable that way. We have a small selection of sticky socks available in the studio.
We thoroughly disinfect after every client, so the studio is clean and ready for you and your feet, socks or no socks!

Distinguished as south metro area’s premier classical style Pilates studio, we invite you to experience Pilates in it’s most genuine, valuable, refined form.
We are only minutes from Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Lone Tree, Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch... We are just a short walk away from Lincoln station.
Fully equipped with reformers, pole (tower) systems, chairs, ped-o-pul, cadillac, and more, you’ll enjoy the full approach of Classical Pilates.
